Patch's Pockets from Peaceable Kingdom is a color matching game that takes toddlers on a playful garden adventure as they pick colorful carrots from a carrot patch, find the bunny with the matching pocket color and place the carrot inside the pocket pouch. Once all carrots are matched, return them to the patch and start the process over again!
