Orders Over $75 Ship Free! 
(valid only in the US - excludes some large items*)

We pack orders every day except Sunday and most go out by the same or next business day (orders placed before noon ET typically go out the same day!).** 

Orders qualifying for free shipping are typically sent via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on cost and delivery time. Orders qualifying for free shipping must be shipped to a single address in the US.

Please note that while we can guarantee that we will get your package shipped out ASAP, we have no control over what happens to it after it leaves our store, and cannot guarantee when it will be received. If you have concerns, you can always select and pay for expedited shipping options.

For our local customers, we have more options:

• FREE pick-up is available Monday - Friday, 12 - 6 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. for customers in the Grand Rapids area (pick up orders placed during business hours are typically ready within 30 minutes)
• FREE delivery is available on orders over $50 in the following zip codes: 49503, 49504, 49506 and 49507

We're also happy to take orders over the phone (616-233-4008) during regular business hours and pick up orders can be ready right away.

We offer free returns on orders placed in store or online.

**Please note that orders shipping via UPS are usually picked up Monday - Friday, so orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will go out Monday.
