Shipping policy

Orders typically ship out the next business day via your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL). We will contact you if there will be any delays in shipping due to extenuating circumstances.

If the item is a gift, please feel free to add a note to the notes field in the cart to let us know if you would like to include a message or have the item gift wrapped with tissue. 

Orders qualifying for free shipping (orders over $75 shipping within the US - some exclusions apply) will be shipped via USPS or UPS based on cost and speed of delivery.

You will receive an email after your order is shipped with the tracking info for your package. For international orders, please note that delivery timelines may be as long as 7 - 14 business days, and orders may be subject to customs delays.  

Please remember that we can guarantee how quickly your order is shipped, but once it is picked up by a carrier, we have no control over how quickly it is delivered.

All packages are insured for the full value. If your package is not delivered as tracked by the carrier, please reach out to your local carrier first. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us, and we can help file a claim.
